Through industry, academic, military and governmental agency partnerships, the Virginia Institute for Spaceflight & Autonomy (VISA) is creating an environment of research, technology, commercialization and educational opportunities to grow the spaceflight and autonomous systems industry in the commonwealth.
VISA projects pioneer the use of advanced simulation for testing multi-model autonomy solutions, enable medical package delivery in rural areas using drones and provide leadership in advanced air mobility, and live, virtual, and constructive autonomy testing.
