Dr. Barry Ezell leads the Computational Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Enterprise for the Virginia Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation Center at Old Dominion University, and consults part-time on projects in critical infrastructure and terrorism risk. Barry offers senior leaders highly specialized expertise in strategy development, multi-objective portfolio decision analysis, simulation, risk management, and data analytics. Barry has led projects for multiple governmental agencies, to include National Bio-surveillance Integration Center, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, National Institute of Standards & Technology, Sandia National Labs, National Nuclear Security Administration, and portfolio resource allocation for the Virginia Homeland Security, Emergency Management, and Mitigation Grant Programs. Barry is a certified subject matter risk expert for the Risk Assistance Network + Exchange, RANE Corporation and certified Open FAIR™ Foundation.
