Joseph Kosteczko is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and also holds a M.S. in Operations and Project Management. He also has a Project Management Professional Certification. He has over 20 years of broad experience in the maritime industry to include qualified U.S. Navy Surface Officer, Licensed Merchant Mariner, vessel management, stevedore superintendent, sea-going operations on 6 different Navy and commercial vessels , maritime operations and training, and over 10-years of experience in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry. With this experience, he brings an unique perspective on developing the next generation workforce for shipbuilding, ship repair, and the maritime industry.
